Our office spaces are fully climate-controlled. Warehouse areas are not air-conditioned by default but are fully insulated to help minimize temperature extremes. If needed, we’re open to discussing air conditioning installation.

What is the lease term?

We offer flexible lease terms. WorkHub Flex spaces can be leased month-to-month, while our office warehouse spaces are available with terms up to 5 years.

What is the security deposit?

At WorkHub, we don’t require an upfront security deposit. Instead, we offer a small, non-reimbursable monthly security convenience fee—allowing you to keep more capital available to grow your business.

What is the square footage of the space?

We offer a variety of space options ranging from 258 sq. ft. to 2,000, 6,000, or even 12,000 sq. ft.—depending on your business needs.

What is the condition of the space?

All of our spaces are move-in ready.

Is there room for expansion?

Absolutely! One of the key benefits of WorkHub is the ability to grow. You can expand into additional suites or even shift to a different location—without needing to wait out your current lease.

What is the parking situation?

We offer ample on-site parking for you, your team, and your visitors, ensuring convenient access to your workspace at all times.
